  The owner was in the store. The food was so overdone that we couldn't even eat it. The owner didn't care. But at least he is teaching his managers the same attitude.

  Absolutely horrible my poutine fries tasted like they were two days old and put back in the microwave smothered in discussing gravy that was old and for $26 I felt like that I was getting ripped off

  Staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are ALWAYS very clean. Home of my favorite burgers. I stopped for a coffee 'to go' on Christmas day. Was surprised they were open and they were busy. I was wished a Merry Christmas. I don't think they celebrate Christmas. This confirmed my constant argument that NO ONE is trying to take your Christmas away. Respect is a two way street. I respect them and they respect me. This is one of my favorite A&W's. Thanks
