  Chartier is a charming and cosy restaurant...the cocktails were great (we tried the Pisco Sour and the Red Lady), the beef bourguignon was OUTSTANDING, and we finished off with the most delicious banana bread dessert. It's definitely worth the drive from Edmonton!

  If you want real food made by actual chef's then try it.... you won't be disappointed. The menu changes but the quality stays high. It's a little peice of original in the world of big chains and worth a visit. Fair warning, you may have to book in advance.

  Probably the best restaurant experience I have ever had! The owner provided exceptional service, although they didn't deliver my meat medium rare like I asked, I received the medium rare rib eye very quickly!
  
  The service from the waitresses was also impeccable.
  
  The tempura battered string beans are a must!!!
  
  Also try their beef bourguignon and rib eye dish was incredible!
  
  The owner knows what he's doing! You have to give this place a try.

  This is one of the most creative unique food experiences I have ever had. The staff are unbelievable. Let's just say if you are ever having a bad day head to Beaumont. You will live it!

  The atmosphere is eclectic with fun mis-matched China and furniture. The food is quite rich and delicious. Wednesday is fish and chips night and it was fantastic. Even if you've been before they have recently updated their menu so you'll easily find something new to love.
